It’s a story about a man named Ryland who wakes up alone from deep sleep on a spaceship heading to the ‘Tau Ceti’ star system. His memories return slowly and discovers that he’s on a mission to to find a solution to a “space algae” end-of-the-world crisis called the Astrophage
He meets an alien along the way whom he named ‘Rocky’ who is also trying to save their planet in the Eridian system. With Earth and Erid hanging in the balance, Ryland and Rocky’s friendship and teamwork becomes their greatest weapon against species extinction.
